Figment 2017 All Glass All Weekend.

For 2017 we decided to exclusively work with beach glass and not do any wood or at all.

Forecast was for cool and cloudy with only a small chance of rain.

When we arrived we were really disappointed that the festival was so small this year. I think Figment just isn't cool any more, and we did not get the message! I would estimate it was only 1/5 of what it was in previous years. I took the 08:00AM ferry over and there were only about 10 or 15 Figment freaks.

Our usual spot was under construction, so we moved over to Colonels Row.

Attendance for the festival was also down, but the Island has become much more popular as they have built out more parkland and facilities, so we did have plenty of business from about 11:00AM onwards.

I didn't bring enough warm clothes and was really cold for most of the day on Saturday.

It ended up being cool the entire weekend, but had plenty of people stop by, and used up most of our beach glass.

A gray and cool morning to start on the 08:00AM ferry

This was really cool. This guy worked hard on this one.
